Background

Miss Universe Great Britain is the British qualifier of one of the largest beauty pageants in the world – Miss Universe® The competition generates hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of media coverage annually and also has an enviable social media reach.

Sponsorship summary
The sponsorship opportunities are varied. Briefly they are as follows:

  • Platinum Sponsor – the headline sponsor of Miss Universe GB
  • Gold Sponsor – official partner / award sponsor of Miss Universe Great Britain
  • Silver Sponsor –sponsorship of an individual finalist
  • Bronze Sponsor –gifts in kind for the finalists or winner of Miss Universe GB

All sponsorship opportunities are open for discussion with the Miss Universe Great Britain organisers.

 

Platinum Sponsor – £4,000 plus VAT

As a platinum sponsor you will be the headline sponsor of Miss Universe Great Britain.
As a platinum sponsor benefits will include:

  • Your company name incorporated into all press releases
  • Regional photo opportunities with contestants in the run up to the final, such as sponsors this year had local finalists attend launch events and photo shoots, which led to further press coverage
  • Regular mentions on MUGB social media
  • Company promotion on www.missuniversegb.co.uk
  • Website link from www.missuniversegb.co.uk directly to your company website
  • Company logo in the grand final programme
  • Full colour, full page advertisement in the event programme
  • Opportunity to be a judge at the Miss Universe GB final
  • 10 tickets to the MUGB final
  • Publicity opportunities with the winner of Miss Universe Great Britain – two over the 12 month period

Gold Sponsorship –£1,200 plus VAT

There are a number of silver sponsorships available at the Miss Universe GB Grand Final. These include (please note this list is not exhaustive and other partnerships can be made available):

  • Official hair partner
  • Official tanning partner
  • Official fitness partner
  • Official nail partner
  • Official smile partner (suitable for cosmetic dentists, teeth whitening products)
  • Official wardrobe partner (various categories available – day wear, evening wear, active wear, accessories etc)
  • Official cosmetics / make-up partner
    If you are a business who would like to support the competition but do not necessarily fit with the types of categories above, you can sponsor the following awards for the same cost:
  • NOT IN VAIN - presented to the most inspiring contestant based on the principles of feminism and personal development promoted by the Miss Universe Great Britain competition
  • HIGHEST FUNDRAISER – presented to the finalist who generates the most money for good causes through her time as a contestant.
  • MISS CONGENIALITY – voted to be the most personable contestant by the finalists

In return, you will receive:

  • Company name incorporated into press material
  • Front page logo and an advert in the grand final programme
  • Use of the “Official Sponsor of Miss Universe GB” logo
  • Mentions on MUGB social media
  • Company promotion on www.missuniversegb.co.uk

  • Two tickets to the grand final of Miss Universe GB
  • Opportunity to present a prize on stage at the MUGB final

Silver Sponsorship – £575 plus VAT

This is the sponsorship of a Miss Universe GB finalist. The benefits are:

  • Company name incorporated in all press releases about sponsored contestant
  • Logo on www.missuniversegb.co.uk and link to your website
  • Use of the official ‘sponsor of Miss Universe GB’ logo
  • Your logo in the grand final programme
  • Use of the contestant in one promotional opportunity either before or after the competition final
  • Company name mention at the grand final by compere

Bronze sponsorship – Gifts in Kind

The bronze sponsorship package is available for those who wish to offer gifts in kind to the finalists and/or winner of Miss Universe GB. A minimum prize value of £500 is required.
For this, your organisation will receive.

  • Link to your website from www.missuniversegb.co.uk
  • Logo in the grand final programme
  • Acknowledgement on MUGB social media
